The training will cover practical examples of robotization, aspects of investment evaluation, and the latest technology trends to help you make informed decisions when planning manufacturing automation.
The training will be led by Dalius Grakavinas—an expert in industrial robotization and manufacturing automation who works on robotization projects in the Baltic states. He holds a bachelor’s degree in automation engineering and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA). He regularly consults with manufacturing companies on automation, return on investment (ROI), and the implementation of robotics projects. He actively presents on the application of robotics in manufacturing, technology trends, and practical automation solutions.
Dalius Leonavičius is an automation systems developer. He designs and implements customized automation solutions for manufacturing companies—from concept to commissioning. He specializes in the automation of high-mix, low-volume manufacturing, as well as in the areas of robotic assembly, testing, quality control, and the automation of non-standard manufacturing processes, all of which help increase productivity, flexibility, and competitiveness.

TRAINING IS FREE, but only companies that meet the following requirements may participate:
the company qualifies as a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME);
the company is registered in the Central and Western Lithuania region (companies registered in Vilnius County are not eligible to participate under the project rules).
After registration, you will be asked to complete an SME declaration, a single-company declaration, and a consent form for the provision of services. The cost of the services will be partially funded by de minimis aid (36%), with the remaining portion funded by EU project funds.
